Strategic acquisitions of Itero, which created a market leading position for Orango within Microsoft NAV/BC in Sweden, and of PDB which broadened Orango’s offering within relevant areas of Microsoft Dynamics and IBM.
Service development of several packaged solutions, proprietary IP and a strong verticalization towards selected industries.
Internal structural improvements with standardisation and automation och processes, including dramatically improved financial and business controlling.
Great emphasis on employee development and leadership, with training, various forums, and structured surveying of employee satisfaction and engagement coupled with action points and follow-ups.
The management team was strengthened with both internally and externally recruited key individuals.
Development of customer experience and customer value, i.a. by creating a dedicated customer support organisation, standardisation of project methodology and tools, as well as focus on industry expertise.
