Welcome change

Sobro kom in som ägarpartner till Orango under en period där vi stod inför nya utmaningar och med visionen om en stark tillväxt. Där och då hade vi inte möjligheten att på egen hand ta oss dit vi ville. Efter fyra spännande och utvecklande år med Sobro har vi nu tillsammans tagit Orango till en position som vi bara kunde drömma om. De har med sin kunskap, kompetens och sitt familjära sätt stöttat oss och litat på våra omdömen samtidigt som de har utmanat oss i vår resa och utveckling framåt. Some examples of what Orango has achieved with Sobro as owner partner:

  • Geographic expansion to Stockholm, Gothenburg, Jönköping and Växjö.
  • Strategic acquisitions of Itero, which created a market leading position for Orango within Microsoft NAV/BC in Sweden, and of PDB which broadened Orango’s offering within relevant areas of Microsoft Dynamics and IBM.
  • Service development of several packaged solutions, proprietary IP and a strong verticalization towards selected industries.
  • Internal structural improvements with standardisation and automation och processes, including dramatically improved financial and business controlling.
  • Great emphasis on employee development and leadership, with training, various forums, and structured surveying of employee satisfaction and engagement coupled with action points and follow-ups.
  • The management team was strengthened with both internally and externally recruited key individuals.
  • Development of customer experience and customer value, i.a. by creating a dedicated customer support organisation, standardisation of project methodology and tools, as well as focus on industry expertise.
  • Broad co-investment program för the employees, which created additional commitment and incentives.
