Retune becomes part of Co-native

After four years with Sobro as an owner partner, Retune AB, a leading cloud specialist company within Microsoft 365 and secure digital workplaces, will now become part of the Co-native Group. The acquisition means that Retune will be integrated with Co-native’s subsidiary Asurgent, creating a stronger platform for delivering market-leading cloud solutions and cybersecurity services in the Stockholm region and throughout Sweden. In connection with the transaction, Sobro, together with Retune’s management and key employees, will become co-owners of Co-native.

For Retune’s customers and employees, the merger brings significant opportunities. Through Co-native’s extensive network and resources, Retune can now offer a broader range of services and solutions, particularly within public cloud and security. With the combined expertise of both Retune and Asurgent, the needs of both current and future customers can be met in an even more comprehensive and efficient way.
