Karl Holmqvist has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Shapeline Group.

Karl brings more than 20 years of international experience in industry, business development, sales, and leadership, gained both in large global corporations and in more entrepreneurial environments. He has an extensive background at ABB, where he held several senior leadership positions with global responsibility, including within measurement technology and systems business for the process industry. Karl has also lived and worked in Asia for several years and has solid experience in building international business operations, organizations, and production capabilities. Since 2021, Karl is the CEO of Scanacon, a world-leading niche company providing circular solutions for metal recycling.

Karl joins Shapeline with a strong commercial and industrial perspective, broad experience in managing complex customer engagements, and a genuine interest in measurement technology and Shapeline’s business. Welcome, Karl!
