Mercur expands to additional areas within the Electrolux Group

Electrolux has decided to expand Mercur into additional areas within the Electrolux group after their initial project at Electrolux Global IT. The initial project, Global IT focused on traditional performance management activities such as budgeting, forecasting, budget allocations and project reporting.

After having experienced Mercur Business Control as an excellent tool for collecting, processing and presenting different types of information, Electrolux decided to add additional areas within their group. One of the additional areas is the account planning process for the sales team, was the struggle with lack of integration and manual work with spreadsheets, which made their process for account planning suffer. With their new tool that includes automated data flows and is based one source of information. It also provides more functionality, such as flexible input forms, assignment of activities connected to strategic targets, and reliability in the reporting of accounts.

In addition, Electrolux has completed a cost center planning project, which includes staff and expense planning, sector allocations and integration with SAP (including Talent One and BPC).

We are very happy that we have been able to help Electrolux save time and facilitate their daily work. Our quality solutions have proven to be long term for the company, having reached a large part of their organisation over the years. The long-term use of our solutions seems appreciated by Electrolux and indicate that we offer great value within our services to them.
