Polaris becomes new owner partner in Vinnergi

After seven years as an owner partner in Vinnergi Holding AB (“Vinnergi”), Sobro is now handing over the baton to Polaris, a Nordic investment company, marking an important and exciting step in Vinnergi’s continued development. In connection with the transaction, management and employees are reinvesting a significant share to further develop the company.

Vinnergi is a Swedish technology consulting company headquartered in Linköping, with 25 local offices and approximately 550 employees across Sweden. Sobro became an owner partner in Maintrac in 2017, when the company had revenues of SEK 131 million. In 2018, Maintrac merged with We Consulting, at which point Pierre assumed leadership and created a unified group with a new name and brand — the starting point for Vinnergi. Pierre and his team have focused on strong and profitable growth by, in their role as a future integrator, taking a holistic approach to customer needs and combining technology consulting services with hardware, software, and staffing solutions. Above all, they have maintained an unwavering focus on customer and employee satisfaction through their HERO culture. When Vinnergi closed out 2023, revenues amounted to SEK 765 million with healthy profitability.
